4. Is Lyfe Support only for seniors?

No, Lyfe Support is for anyone who could benefit from mental and emotional support, regardless of age. While we market to seniors because they are often more isolated, our services are for all individuals, from busy professionals to those struggling with emotional connection.

5. What kind of items are included in the gift boxes?

Our gift boxes are customized based on the recipient's preferences, interests, and therapeutic needs. They may include items that evoke positive memories, such as those related to childhood, hobbies, or favorite activities, as well as calming and comforting products. We source our items from small and local businesses, Etsy artists, thrift shops or we make them.  

6. How do holiday and birthday gifts work?

All members will receive a birthday gift. Lyfe Support Luxe is the only membership tier that offers two holiday gifts per year. 

7. Can organizations offer Lyfe Support as a member benefit?

Yes, private clubs and organizations can partner with Lyfe Support to offer our service as a benefit to their members. We also provide exclusive discounts and offers for organization partnerships.

8. What if my loved one doesn’t use a smartphone?

No problem! Along with text messages, we send postcards and physical gifts, ensuring that everyone can experience meaningful connection regardless of their tech-savviness.
